ISUZU aircraft refuel truck Use and Maintenance
Isuzu aircraft oil tanker truck ,it can refuel aircraft oil to the airplane
1. Preparation before use
(
1)Check whether the rear electrostatic drag zone is on the
ground and whether the equipment is in normal condition.
(
2)Insert the pole into the damp ground to prevent a fire from static
electricity.
(
3)Check that the clutch handle, PTO handle or control valve switch
is in the correct position and that the throttle is turned to the minimum.
Whether the ball valve handle is in the correct position。
(
4)Check the lubricating oil plane in the pump increase box,
and add gear oil when insufficient.
(
5)When there is no liquid in the oil pump, guide fluid should be
added to the pump body in advance. When the new truck is used for the
first time, guide fluid must be added to the pump to prevent no liquid
work, dry operation and damage to the pump body.

(
6)Check discharge line, discharge valve, transfer pipe are empty
and clean, ensure that all pipes are suitable for loading and unloading
media items.
(
7)If the liquid needs to be pumped, the rotating equipment should
be kept away from the tank truck to prevent entanglement. When the
liquid is pumped out, the pump should be stopped in time, and then close
the valve.
(
8)In case of emergency, the remote control switch of the
emergency cut-off valve should be closed in time to cut off.
(
9)If the pump is used to feed or feed from the manhole on the top
of the tank, a special person at the manhole on the top of the tank to
monitor the height of the liquid level in the tank, to prevent material
overflow, and ensure that there is space for expansion in the tank。
(10)Parking brake must be used before loading and unloading, and
wheels must be fixed with triangular wood.
(11)Set up warning marks before loading and unloading.
2.Loading
(1)Loading Directly from the manhole.
(
2)Pump In:Close the ball valve 1 And Open Ball valve2,And use
a wrench to close the four-position three-way valve B valve,Connect one
end of the feeding pipe to ball valve 2,The other end is connected to the
liquid reservoir,Hanging PTO and pump to work ,Can realize the pump

fuel into the tank。
Oil circuit: ball valve 2→ filter → oil pump → 4-position 3-way
valve .C-A→ sea valve.

3)When the oil depot fills the tank with fuel , the special oil
unloading valve(API) connector shall be used. Connect the oil unloading
valve, Vapor recovery interface and anti-overflow probe rod socket with
the filling equipment of the oil depot, open the sea valve (the other valves
are closed), and fill the oil into the tank through the operation of the oil
depot.
(
4)When the flow meter is optional, the pump feeding operation mode
(Note: the direction opposite to the pit of the three-way ball valve is
closed. Please note the pit position of the three-way ball valve) as shown
in the figure below:

3.Discharge
(1)Gravity self-discharging type: under the action of the gas path,
open the emergency cut-off valve (sea valve), and then by opening or
closing the straight-through ball valve 1 or 2, can achieve gravity.
(
2)Pump out discharging: close the straight-through ball valve 2
and open the straight-through ball valve 1, and use a wrench to close the
four-position three-way valve C valve, the transport pipe with one end of
the straight-through ball valve 1, the other end is connected with the
liquid storage, hanging PTO, pump work, can realize the outward pump
discharging.
Oil circuit diagram: tank → Sea valve → four-position three-way
valve A-B→ filter → oil pump → ball valve 1.

3)When selecting flow meter, pump discharge operation mode
(note: the direction opposite to the pit of three way ball valve is closed,
please determine the pit position of three way ball valve) as shown in the
figure below:
4. Precautions for operation
(
1)All one-way valve handles are open along the line direction Use manual
and closed at 90 degrees from the line.
(
2)When working, you must first open the working valve before
hanging the PTO.
(
3)After the work is finished, the PTO must be closed first, and then
the working valve must be closed.
(
4)When the temperature is below zero, it is necessary to open the
feeding plug at the bottom of the oil pump to drain the residual liquid, so
as not to freeze the pump body.
(
5)Hang, take off the PTO, need idle speed when the barometer
reaches 6, hang, take off。
(
6)When loading and unloading with the pump, the cover of the
upper tank should be opened.
5. The use of FUEL DISPENSING MACHINE

Before using the fuel dispensing machine , all valves are closed,
operation details please refer to the fuel dispensing machine manual.
The specific refueling process is as follows:
(1) four three point hit to position as shown in figure (if the oil pump
and the location of the filter is different from above, four three links point
to the location should be in contrast to the above), the tanks at the back of
the emergency cut-off valve (suction) remote emergency switch to cut off
the knob for pop-up state (press is closed, popup to open in the direction
shown by the arrow).
(2) Start the engine;
(3) first open the sea valve control switch;
(4) then open the switch of the PTO (the switch is on the left side of the
cab panel, the Sea valve must be opened first, the pump is prohibited to
idling);
(5) open the fuel dispensing machine power switch, open the tanker inlet
pipe on the small ball valve;
(6) Pick up the refueling gun, the nozzle of the gun into the oil tank or
barrel, start refueling;
(7) After refueling, put away the refueling gun and refueling pipe;
(8) Close the PTO, close the SEA valve, and turn off the engine.
